Pump startup
A. Check whether the pump rotation is flexible before running;
B. Close the pump outlet valve;
C. Check whether the water diversion is normal;
D. Turn on the power and gradually open the pump outlet valve when the motor reaches the rated speed.
Pump operation
A. Observe the pressure gauge reading, listen to the vibration of the pump and whether the noise is abnormal, and observe whether the packing leakage exceeds the standard during the operation of the pump;
B. The maximum temperature of the bearing should not exceed 80℃, and the difference between the bearing temperature and the ambient temperature should not exceed 80℃.
C, bearing lubricant filling quantity to the bearing body space of 1/3-1/2 is appropriate.
D, pay attention to the motor current, temperature and other parameters are within the specified range.
Stop
Close the outlet valve and turn off the power switch.
